Come to Quiet is a small group that has been active for the past seven years and has held one open retreat day featuring Cynthia Bourgeault’s video series on Ways of the Heart. Our meeting format has evolved to the following: Video presentation of a short teaching video related to Centering Prayer (focusing especially on the method taught by Thomas Keating). Then a tea break followed by a 20 minute sit.
